Method & Matrix LLC ("Method & Matrix," "we," "us") runs methodandmatrix.skin. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• When you join the email list: your first name and email address.
• When you use the contact form or email us: your name, email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• When you book a consultation: your name, contact details and payment information, which you enter through our booking provider, Paperbell. We do not see or store your full card details.
• During consultations: information you choose to share about your skin, skin history, current products and routine, which may include photos.
• When you browse the site: basic usage data, such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through Google Analytics using cookies.

How we use it

• To provide and schedule your consultations and programs, and to follow up with you about them.
• To reply to your questions.
• To send the email newsletter, if you have signed up for it.
• To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the business, and they process information on our behalf:

• Paperbell for bookings, scheduling and payments
• Mailchimp for the email newsletter
• Google Analytics for website statistics
• Web3Forms to deliver contact form messages to our inbox

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Your skin information

What you share about your skin during a consultation is kept confidential and used only to give you care and recommendations. We do not post client photos, results or quotes without your written permission.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. The site also remembers in your browser whether you have closed the newsletter pop-up, so it does not keep appearing.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email.
• You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

How long we keep it

We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for business and legal purposes, then delete them. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe.

Children

Our services are intended for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
